So, I did a live on instagram talking about how we need to start breaking the stigma surrounding men and their emotions.
This issues is very, very close to my heart. Having lost my own brother to suicide and seeing male friends and family members struggle with mental health concerns, I want to do my part to help educate people around how to start a conversation and quite possibly save a life.
Fellas - showing emotion and vulnerability are MASSIVE STRENGTHS, not a weakness! Not even a tiny bit!

I'm not immune to the overwhelm so I wanted to share my top tips for how to manage it:
Let them talk about those feelings; ask them what it feels like in their body, where they feel it.
They’re heading off to a new place with lots of new people; it’s totally natural to feel a bit nervous.
